It's a lively event featuring: Pirates, Mermaids, and Punch & Judy will captivate the young and the young at heart. A wide variety of artisan stalls offer unique, handcrafted items. Live music to keep the atmosphere buzzing. A range of hot street food and a market bar to keep you refreshed and satisfied. We will serve a delightful selection of our family's traditional Afro cuisine at Baram Afro Pop-up Kitchen. Our dishes are crafted from well-loved recipes passed down through generations, bursting with vibrant flavours that tell stories of childhood kitchens filled with fragrant spices and lively conversation.

This past weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of setting up an African pop-up kitchen at my daughter's school fair. It was a delightful experience, filled with the aroma of traditional dishes and the joy of seeing our community come together for a beautiful cause. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to share our rich culinary heritage while supporting our beloved school. The heartfelt thank you card I received from the students PUPILS made the day even more special. The card, adorned with charming drawings and sweet messages, was a touching reminder of the impact of our efforts. It read: "Dear Rita's mum, thank you for cooking yummy food and raising money for our school. Love, Our Lady's School."
